English breakfast can be enjoyed.

with exposed roof beams throughout the cottage.
The farmhouse has
3 letting rooms, 2 double and 1 family room. Each room is en suite
with it own Shower, Sky TV and tea/coffee making
facilities are also available in each room.
The farm is
set in 4 glorious acres, with beautiful gardens and hanging baskets.
There is a medieval brook running through the farm, that can be
traced back to the Roman encampment site, Buckland Rings, that is
adjacent to the farm.
Guests are
welcome to relax around a small lake that is stocked with carp.
There is ample parking and the Isle of Wight ferry is only 5 minutes
away.
A short drive takes you to the tranquillity of the New Forest.
The historic town of Lymington, which boasts a yachting marina,
restaurants, pubs/inns, is only 1 mile from the farmhouse.
